Load test on the storage rack is a very important index. The higher on the load capacity, the more important and stricter on such load test. We can measure the sag distance on the beam to analize and judge whether the rack is approved after test.
The simple way is to put the loads on the shelf according to the design capabity and measure the sag distance with just a rope.
